What the project survey collects

Your contact details (company, name, job title, e-mail, phone, country and state), information about your project, sites, systems and equipment, and any files you attach.

Why we collect it

To assess your needs, select equipment, prepare a proposal and quotation, and contact you about your project. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored on our own servers in the United States, in the project system our engineers use. Attached files are kept in protected storage, not on the public website. Our sales team receives an e-mail notice with a summary; your files are not sent by e-mail.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for your inquiry and any project that follows from it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

In your browser

While you fill in the survey, a draft is saved in your own browser (local storage) so you can continue later; it never leaves your device until you submit. The site remembers your language choice in a cookie. There are no analytics or advertising trackers.
