The FacilityOS platform
Nine facility systems in one product, plus a control-room video wall and an AI assistant. They share one data model, one alarm system, one change-approval flow, one audit trail and one set of users and roles.
Facility management and control
The whole cooling and power chain at a glance, with redundancy, shift handover, utility efficiency and first-out alarm analysis.

Learn more →Video wallControl-room displays
Drag-and-drop dashboards for control-room screens: KPIs, trends, alarms, graphics and cameras, full screen in 1080p and 4K, with rotation across boards and sites.
Learn more →AI assistantRead-only operations assistant
Explains alarms, finds root causes, writes shift summaries and answers questions about site data, and turns statistical findings into maintenance suggestions. It never operates equipment.
Learn more →What every module shares
- Multi-site: each site has its own time zone, gateways, devices, alarms and audit; a site can have several gateways.
- Roles: operator, engineer and manager, set per site; multi-tenant for colocation customers; Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on.
- The 8-step change flow for every write to equipment, with emergency stop available to every role.
- Pilot rollout in three stages: read-only → limited control → full control, each step checked and confirmed by two people.
- Training by role with sign-off and a drill mode whose alarms never touch the real system.
- High availability: multi-node primary/standby or active-active with automatic takeover, backup and restore, and a Prometheus metrics endpoint.
- Bilingual interface, installable on phones as a PWA.
Architecture
FacilityOS Core
The platform service, written in Go: web app and API, accounts, alarms, approvals, audit, multiple sites and high availability, with a built-in NATS message bus.
Field gateway fos-edge
Written in Go and installed on a Linux industrial PC (amd64 or arm64) at the site: protocol collection, pre-checks before writes, durable on-disk buffering during outages and the soft PLC.
Database
PostgreSQL with TimescaleDB for state, audit and historical trends.
Web app
React and TypeScript, installable as a mobile PWA.
