EMS — Energy management system
The EMS module turns meter readings into cost, demand and carbon figures that operations and finance can both use.
Metering
- Electricity, gas, water and steam meters by workshop and by system.
- Time-of-use tariffs, 15-minute peak demand, carbon emissions, energy per unit of production and gas in therms.
- PUE wherever there is an IT load.
Reports
- Energy and PUE, alarm system health (ISA-18.2 / EEMUA 191), cleanroom compliance, linkage verification, energy by workshop and system, power-quality compliance, sequence of events and the e-signature audit trail.
- Scheduled e-mail reports (daily, weekly or monthly), printable, with CSV export.
Tamper-evident archive
- Every report run is archived as a printable HTML page and CSV data.
- Each file's SHA-256 is recorded in the site's audit chain and checked again on every download.
- Retention is set per site from 90 days to 10 years (default 3 years).
