CMMS — Maintenance management
Maintenance runs on the same data as operations: run hours and starts come from the equipment itself, and alarms turn into work orders with one click.
Asset register
- Linked to platform devices (import from the site's devices in one click): make, model, serial number, install date, criticality A/B/C, firmware.
- Running state and alarm count come straight from the field data; firmware changes are recorded in the asset's history.
Preventive maintenance
- Plans by calendar days, run hours or number of starts. Run hours and starts are counted from the history of the equipment's running point and rolled up hourly; assets without a running point take manual meter readings.
- When a plan falls due the platform creates the preventive work order automatically (one open work order per plan at a time).
Work orders
- New → assigned → in progress → completed (findings, cause, labor hours, downtime and parts used) → closed with an engineer's or manager's signature (name, role, time, meaning and a SHA-256 of the work order), or sent back for rework.
- The alarm center and AI maintenance suggestions both have a "create work order" button, and one alarm or suggestion creates only one work order.
Inspection rounds and spares
- Mobile-friendly rounds by shift: scan the QR code or NFC tag at each point, or check in by hand; readings outside the normal range are flagged, with the live value of the same point shown; problems can become work orders on the spot.
- Spare parts with stock, minimum stock alerts, locations and unit prices; parts used on work orders are deducted automatically.
Reports
- MTBF, MTTR, PM on-time rate, backlog and overdue work, and failures, downtime, labor and parts cost per asset, with CSV export.
